Our story

A working farm made for gathering

Hawk & Petals is four acres of pasture, pond and flower rows tucked between Longmont and the front range. Horses cows, sheep, pigs, ducks and a few cuddly barn cats, all protected by Cash and Clover, the Great Pyrenees duo.

We open the gate for the moments worth slowing down for: a four-year-old's first horse ride, a family photo at golden hour, a team that needs a day away from the screen, a dinner gathering with scenic views. Everything we serve and sell is grown, raised or baked right here.
